Initial Consultation
Reach out via email, through our website or by phone at (781)-893-3234 to get started. We begin with a quick call with our designer to learn more about your goals, timeline, and budget.

Needs & Wants Review
We meet in person or via Zoom to understand how you use your space and what matters most—your priorities, preferences, and overall vision for your kitchen design.

Preliminary Budget Review
We provide a clear, three-tiered budget based on your project scope, giving you a realistic understanding of investment levels and options for your kitchen remodel.

Retainer & Site Measure
Once you’re ready to move forward, a retainer is signed and collected (100% is applied to the final cost), and schedule a site visit to take detailed measurements of your space.

Design Development
We refine your layout and selections, presenting options and gathering all specifications needed to move your kitchen remodeling project forward.

Showroom Consultation
We meet in our showroom to review materials, finishes, fixtures, and layout details, helping you finalize selections with confidence.

Final Proposal & Documentation
We present your finalized plans and proposal, reviewing each detail together to ensure everything is clear, aligned, and ready for the next phase.

Ordering & Project Preparation
Once detailed documents and the quote are signed, Watch City Kitchens orders all materials and prepares for the remodeling phase.
 

 Here is how we work:

 

Schedule an initial appointment to visit our showroom or an online meeting by calling (781)-893-3234.

Bring or email rough dimensions & photos of space; and design ideas, if possible.

 

Showroom visit or online meeting to meet & greet client: 1-1½ hours.

Discuss space, budget, needs, wants, and timeline.

 

2nd Showroom Visit or online meeting: 1-1½ Hours

Present a Good-Better-Best budget for the project and concepts.

 

Job Site Visit

Detailed space assessment upon design retainer.

 

3rd Showroom Visit: 1-1½ Hours

Plans are presented by Watch City Kitchens and carefully reviewed by the client to assure each item has been covered.
